Rules of the Road

When out on trail there are a few simple rules we live by to make sure everyone is
safe and gets along with fellow outdoor recreationalists. We do adhere to the rules
of Tread Lightly but besides that these rules apply

Check first to see if a permit is needed for the area
some places like the Mojave Road need a permit for certain size runs etc

Vehicles going up hill, or already on an obstacle have the right of way

Never have 2 vehicles on an obstacle or steep hill at the same time

Stop the vehicle only where others can get around you

Park the vehicle off trail if possible
refer to Tread Lightly for this as some areas you do not want to get off trail

Hikers, horse riders etc have the right of way

Always slow down to less than 15 MPH and do not leave a dust
cloud when passing hikers and horse riders

Leave gates as you found them, either open or closed

Carry out your own trash
leave nothing behind, in fact clean up others trash if you see it

If you see wild animals, Stop, relax and enjoy the show
you are in their home so let them do as they please

And most of all, take out memories and pictures, always enjoy the ride, a day 4x4ing is better than any worked

Enjoy
